"Room was clean and staff is very nice, however, parking around the hotel is close to impossible to find, we had to park about a mile away in some cases. The room was in the third floor with no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs every time you want to go in or out."
"Nice hotel located in an excellent location aurrounder by restuarants coffee shops and bars in the heart of Alsancak right next to the sea front. Easy access to the tram and ferry or the promenade for walking."
"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."
"- Lift only from 3rd floor
- Last floor also only accessible by stairs, no lift
- Not suitable for people with limited mobility
- Room change only with surcharge
- Stench in the room and toilet, unbearable
- Windows surrounded by pigeons, bird noise
- The best thing about this accommodation is the lively and central neighbourhood, if that's what you're after "

Emens Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Le déjeuner contenait une variété important de fruits, de différent types de protéines comme des oeufs et des viandes. Le café et le thé étaient incroyables. L'eau était offert en service libre tout au long de la journée ce qui est une énorme avantage. "
"Me and my girlfriend just got home from our stay in this hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful week, the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing, the easy listening music in the lifts and around hotel/pool sets the tone, even had a man playing the piano which was lovely, the staff are really relaxed and friendly/helpful, the clients tend to be middle aged and all enjoying the peaceful days. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms very very nice and kept really clean, Food and drinks aren't cheap, but you should expect that in 5*, plenty of restaurants nearby to try out. There is a lot of security on all entrances, even body scanner's as you enter, it's another level of safe, even the lifts only operate with your room card, it makes you feel really safe, The walk by the seafront is beautiful, and we loved getting takeaway and sitting on the grass with the many locals and families enjoying the green spaces, I will advise you to remember your credit card for check-in, as they take a room deposit when you arrive, I didn't realize this and it caught me by surprise, didn't have my credit card, paid cash no problem.
Overall we loved our stay and honestly couldn't find fault in hotel or staff, the area is also very nice, not a beach holiday in kustadasi, more a luxury holiday in a bustling city.
Will definitely be going back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone. "
"We stayed in different hotels throughout Turkiye which were nice, but it was a relief to arrive to Zeniva which was much more spacious and had proper clothing storage space. It was modern and the breakfast was very good as it had a combination of breakfast items that Turks eat, as well as Americans. As soon as we arrived, the valet parked our car in front of the building. We always had to leave our key with the valet, but we never had to worry about parking space. He was always on top of everything and I was truly impressed with the valet parking service. I think they say breakfast starts at 8 AM, but it was always available at least by 7:30 AM.
Their laundry services are very expensive, but we found Laundry Bar .7 miles walking distance. You’d have to take time and stay there to wash and dry your own clothes. It’s off of Talapasa Bva. Across the street is Coffee Gallery where I really enjoyed coffee as the owner sat down and spoke with us about the history of Turkiye, which I found very interesting. He also played a traditional Turkish instrument for us.
Concierge at the hotel recommended the restaurant nearby corbaci ismet amd that was the beat mixed kebap for two i had tasted so far. The meat and chicken was juicy and absolutely delicious. Was more than enough for two people. So go with an empty stomach.
Kahve Dunyasi Marin (cafe) very nearby. The hotel was great for a late night tea latte. They have other hot beverage options as well. It hit the spot.
