Everything was stunning—super spacious, sparkling clean, and so thoughtfully designed. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—just minutes away from both Universal Studios and the train station. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional customer service—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night! A tip for future guests: Definitely book through Expedia! The price was significantly better than booking directly at the hotel, and it made a huge difference when we extended our stay. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our time in Japan, this one was by far the most spacious, the most comfortable, and overall the best. We highly recommend it—5 stars plus! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+"
