"Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka."

"The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. Close to the station and surrounded by good restaurants, cafes and shops. We were able to walk to all thr mahor shopping arcades. The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly."

"Service was excellent. Everyone was so nice. Room was super clean and a lot of amenities. Price was reasonable for how spacious the room was. It housed 5 of us perfectly. There was 2 roll away beds in the closet for extra bedding. Also it was super close to all the shopping streets and the train station. Maybe like 10-15 mins walk. I am definitely coming back the next we are in Osaka. Thank you to the staff at Pg Kuromon."
