The villa enjoys a prime location, being part of the exclusiveStavronikita Villas. It is situated within the area’s beautiful pine forest with its unforgettable forest paths and surrounded by endless golden beaches carrying the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean.

The house has the advantage of being located just 1km – 2km from the nearest beaches and the luxurious SANI Holiday Resort with its plethora of spas, beach bars, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and marina. It offers the best of both worlds, combining tranquility and privacy with luxury and glamour.

An ideal vacation house for a family of three or four, it is arranged over two levels, combining traditional architecture with modern design (it has recently been fully refurbished). On the first level is the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom and on the second level is the loft with another single/double bedroom with en suite toilet and kids shower. The villa is located within a small complex of five detached houses and has its own large private garden with two shaded terracesequipped with outdoor furniture.

A kids’ table and chairs are provided, as well as books and games for the whole family to enjoy during the stay.
