"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! "The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday"
