"Everything was great! The owner started reaching out once I booked the hotel. Days before my arrival there were multiple arounds of helpful information. I also booked the driver service with them. I felt welcomed upon arrival and the staff were all eager to help. The tour guide I hired through them was certified national Guide that can speak multiple languages. I used him for all my tours. I feel I can communicate with the owner any needs and he will accommodate me. My trip to Nepal has been such a pleasure due to the hotel. My daughter loves the breakfast here. And shopping and other restaurants are all so close! "

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of food each morning. Everyone was amazing, but we especially want to highlight Pervaiz, who served us at breakfast—he was exceptionally attentive and made our mornings even better. "Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

"The Ramada is a wonderful hotel! My entire extended family spent more than a week there when we were in Kathmandu for a wedding. The suites are spacious and comfortable, the restaurants are great, and the staff is incredibly solicitous. The only drawback is that the Ring Road is currently under construction in the area, which makes navigating by car and on foot slightly difficult but hardly impossible. The staff was always ready to call us a cab, and we managed to walk to a number of places in the area without difficulty. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Well located in the Kathmandu busy downtown district of Thamel, we enjoyed the staff superbe smiles and warm welcome. The hotel provides driver services for day long custom trips and airport transportation in recent car or minivan at a very reasonable cost. And the breakfast buffet as a good choice of food for everyone."
