Very good

Great service and plenty of options for dining.

I stay in Singapore often and have stayed in over 10 different hotels here ranging from $50 a night to $600 a night. Santa Grand in East Coast has become my favorite hotel hands down though. It's an excellent value and in an awesome location for enjoying a relaxing time and holiday. I used to prefer the hustle of the CBD but now I apreciate the chill factor and heritage of the East Coast area of Kalong. I love the staff here, they are all so friendly and helpful and make me feel at home...

This hotel was fantastic! It is located in the very cute and quaint Old Singapore, in between the city and the airport. The airport bus passes close by and there are many places to eat in the surroundings. The staff was great; very friendly. I thoght the room was not going to have a window, but it had a small one by the ceiling. The lobby is modern and different (loved it), and the rooms are sleek and contemporary as well. Located in a very beautiful area, very convenient to shopping

Nice clean hotel w a lot of varieties for breakfast, will return one day.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. Also walkable to the Gardens by the Bay if you stay hydrated! It took me about 25 min to walk there. The staff were also fabulous and so thoughtful: for example they noticed one morning I’d bought a...

A great hotel to stay in close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Great breakfast and very convenient for all transportation

Wonderful well-located hotel, within easy walking distance to all that central Singapore has to offer. Excellent staff that is very attuned to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.
