"4 stars for service. 3.5 stars the hotel. This hotel is under new management, so in the 2 weeks of them owning it, they did a nice job. I think there were some parts about the stay that made me give it 3.5. But the amazing service gets a 4. They were very accommodating our first night, helped us out. Pool is closed, but they are fixing it. They said they have big plans for it, so i’m excited to see how far they go with it. Standard brekkie, but saved the day. We enjoyed our stay very much....

"The check lady that checked us in at midnight was fine, but she had to call us back down to the lobby at 1am as she said we should have paid. We had a knock at the door at 6:30 AM from cleaning staff who upon opening the door asked pointing if the room opposite was our room! We said no, this is our room. They replied who has that room? We simply shrugged and said we didn’t know. On our way out enjoy Houston at 8:30 AM we were stopped by the front desk and a different person was insisting...
