"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property. It's beautiful! The location is great, the property was clean and well-maintained. We all enjoyed the awesome backyard and swimming pool/spa. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen amazing! We had an issue with the air conditioning in a bedroom and the management came right away to fix it. I highly recommend this property!"

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"

"Gorgeous view of the bay and golf course with the sound of the crashing waves! Kitchen well stocked and the location was nice. Sunrise from one side of the house and could see the sunset from the beach a few steps away. Traditional Hawaiian house with gorgeous palm trees which we loved plus having AC on the first floor living area and downstairs bedrooms was a plus. Also extra fans available if needed. Nice washer and dryer. Need to bring your own detergent. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella a nice plus. Also Enjoyed having a table and chairs under the covered patio. Only concern: Would recommend putting a blackout blind in the windows of the first floor bedrooms as they are sheer and the house next door left the flood lights on all night. Also a light shines very bright at the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!"
