"Location is great, quiet, look straight out onto the lake."

"Staff was very helpful with baggage and checkout. Always nice to stay here 😀"

"Great new hotel"

"The bathroom is stupidly designed"

"All excellent"

"The hotel was so bad thet the whole front desk was smelling with restaurant food. The room did not have any amenities. I had bad experiences with all Ramada hotels during my trip. The quality was worst than Motel6. I will not Ramada in future."

"Very small room and minuscole bathroom. The kettle was dirty and we had to throw our chamomile away because it was disgusting. Close to the airport and clean."

"Great hotel with nice staff"

"Great, spacious place with lake view"

"no useful amenities were in the room, no basic ! door was hard to lock. small room, not great. staffs are nice but feels like not open to help."

"Room was underground, stains on carpet, stains on bed. Probs won't be back."

"Was unaware that unit was over 4 levels."

"Excellent view"

"The great experience with this accommodation started before we even got to New Zealand. The instructions for check-in were more detailed then I've ever experienced. When we arrived the room was clean and the view across the river to the snow capped mountains is amazing. It's also in a perfect spot, far enough from the CBD that it is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything (an 8 minute drive to the CBD). Already planning to return as soon as we can."
