"We enjoyed our stay and loved our location in proximity to the beach and shopping nearby. Close to Costco and the airport and yet not far from exploring other areas of the island. The condo bedroom shares a window with the road which was very loud most nights and garbage day was rough at 4am😅. Loud cars were hard to tune out throughout the night. "Isaac's rental units are easy going with a family atmosphere to it. The house is in a living neighborhood so you don't have the feeling of being among tourists - you get to experience a local green neighborhood full of cool plants and rich with birds. It's also conveniently placed to just walk to some of the best Kona Coast beaches within few minutes. Isaac is a great and super friendly communicator and clearly keep his house and the plants in great shape. We will be coming back!"

"Clean, comfortable (including bed), nicely equipped studio condo. The small lanai and nearby condo pool were lovely. Some noise from a heavy walker in the unit above but otherwise quiet. One issue with figuring out how to turn on the AC was quickly resolved (hint: must hold the AC power button down on the remote for several seconds to activate). Overall, definite thumbs up!"

"Third time we have stayed here. Overall very nice. This was the worst condo of the three we stayed in. Grounds are well taken care of. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean views from lanai and condo. Very clean and safe place to stay. Very close to all activities so very convenient. I had to fix both toilets on the condo as they were not flushing correctly. One toilet in second bathroom was leaking and continued to run periodically. The ceiling fan in the living room...
