The overhang was not well lit at night, area around it did not have a warning about it, and frankly is a design flaw as the overhang is much lower than the actual door. "We had a private pool with the river view villa, and it was beautiful. The villa was cleaned, great view, and amazing customer service. The staff are always friendly and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. Our water is always stocked, and when we need extra, they bring you extras. On top of that, you have your own dedicated butler that you can easily call by dialing #3 on your villa's phone. The free breakfast buffet was amazing, especially compared to the free breakfast...

"Very nice! I would stay here again if/when I return to Ubud. Location is gorgeous and not too close to downtown, so it's relaxing and quiet. It's easy to get a cheap Grab bike or car to go anywhere. There are at least 3 pools and they're beautiful; I swam in them multiple times and it was so nice and refreshing (: The staff is so, so, so amazing, kind, and helpful! They were really accommodating. I got really sick (not from the hotel, just some super bad flu I picked up along my solo travels)...
