"Nicole and Jason were incredible hosts. They were quick to respond, and were extremely helpful. The house was extremely clean, and we loved the open concept. One of our family members is in a wheelchair, and was able to get around the house with ease. The house was fully equipped with towels, blankets, bedding, dishes, and more. Overall, an exceptional experience."

"It was a nice little cottage with a great view. The property was clean and well appointed as described. The hosts clearly take pride in their property and are responsive and kind. If you are looking for a locale where you can quickly get to a town/shopping/dining, this is not the ideal place, but we enjoyed staying here and explored. Would definitely go back."

"Linda was wonderful in her review of the property and was very accommodating in all aspects of our stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable including the mattress. We enjoyed the lake and a little fishing. The area is very nice and we did some exploring. It was very quiet and we rarely even saw anyone while we were on the lake. "wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night."

"We were looking for somewhere to stay that was close to Mount Wachusett. The cottage was very clean, cozy, and had many amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and an electric fireplace . Though we were for skiing there during the wintertime, the cottage is on a lake and kayaking is also an option during the summer. The hosts were quickly available to us with any questions. There is even a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy!"

"This is my new favorite spot!! The sunrises were some of the most magical ones I have ever seen. No hije, I had to wear my sunglasses, inside, to make coffee in the morning. Gorgeous! Jason is wonderful! Very sweet and responded instantly! The cabin is perfect! I love the vintage feel with the modern amenities. I hated to leave and will be back again. Now….if I could only convince Jason to let me live there full time…😁 Thank you for my stay!!"

"I can’t say enough about this property. If you love outdoors, hiking, water activity in a serene and wooded environment, this is for you. My main intent was to hike Mt Wachusett. It offered so many different trails I must return to hike more. Its visitor center was extremely helpful. The house itself is tucked at the end of a dead end street so very private. The view of the lake spectacular. The house has lots of glass so you can see this view from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room....

"We stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property and have nothing but great things to say about the cabin. It appears to have been recently constructed, so everything is exceptionally clean. The interior is thoughtfully designed with wonderful little touches. The kitchen is large and very functional. It is also perfectly stocked. "We had a large family gathering nearby and the Dam Cottage was perfect for family of 4 to stay. Hard to beat the location, on a small river flowing from Pleasant Lake. Highly recommend!"

"Location was awesome, house met the description and was comfortable. Stayed with dog and 3 kids. Doors (or walls?) were a little drafty in the winter, but heating seemed to be ok. Heated floors in bathrooms were really nice. Suggest more than 2 dishwasher tabs per renter. Basement is quite cold but we didn't need to use it for sleeping. Still, 5 stars, great property and would stay again."

"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around."
