"This is always one of my favorite places to stay when I am in that area. This hotel is absolutely spotless -- squeaky clean. The rooms are spacious, welcoming, warm, and beautifully furnished. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. It is located on the Connecticut River and the hotel is very quiet for a restful night's sleep. Nice amenities in the bathroom, refrigerator in the room, and a nice work desk for your computer. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The safety latch on my room door was broken. The staff was very helpful and found a different room for me and got a cart and offered to help. The new room had a dried coffee spill near the fridge and the body wash in the shower was empty or broken- minor inconvenience. Overall a nice stay at a great price."
