"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"This hotel was great. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. I loved their breakfast especially the waffles which the guests make themselves. The boiled eggs were served warm (which is alway better than cold). The pool was clean. The parking lot was spacious. My only negative feedback is that we didn't have cable connection in our room. It was explained to us that it has been an issue that they have yet to resolve but are being looked at. Hopefully, they can find a solution to this. I would recommend this to anyone coming to the area, and would come back here again. "

"There is not a thing wrong with The Dillworth Inn. Unfortunately, they are close to the center of Kelowna so there are some greasy people in the area, but that certainly isn't the Dillworth's fault. We will stay there again."
