The house was clean and the host had everything for all of our every needs. The host was always a call or text away to answer every question we had and offered help we didn't think about. "The property was very clean and in excellent condition. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the pool and open areas in the house and outside yard. It was ideal for a family of seven. Precious, the house servant, was made available for us, and she proved to be professional in her duties as well as in her interpersonal skills. "Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled. Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary"

"The property was perfect for us to explore the northern joburg suburbs and the fourways area. The house was well presented with good living spaces and large bedrooms. The house was immaculate. Communication with the owner was always positive and friendly and she really helped us make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay again"
