"Great location overlooking river. Quiet. Handy for station. Shaver socket not working in 103. No usb sockets. Good internet. Comfortable beds. Hot shower."

"Clean room 21 thank you. Taps could be improved. Flush mechanism in toilet poor. Requires new fill valve to allow correct amount of water in to give a reliable flush. Not good for 2 days stay!"

"The check in was slow as no staff were about and had to wait for a while. However staff were welcoming and helpful and approachable. The room itself was basic but met the requirements for us. It was quite hot at night and the curtains didn’t do their job very well resulting in our daughter waking at 5.30am. The towels were of a reasonable standard but could do with being replaced. The room was facing onto a main road so traffic noise the next morning was noticeable and woke us up. Breakfast was limited but cooked breakfast was nice choice and came quickly and hot. "

"The hotel is a very short distance from the M6, which makes it an ideal stop over. The accommodation was really comfortable with lovely restaurant and bar facilities. We were made most welcome by all members of staff. Food was well prepared and nicely presented. Will definitely pass details of this place to family and friends."
