The property was very filthy and uncomfortable. The rooms we dirty and the Internet connection was poor. Glad they had breakfast, but it was swarmed wth nats making it very difficult to eat. The staff was nice

Rooms where decent for the price, but I found several roaches, I complained to the staff and their solution was to move me to a bigger nicer “the cleanest room they had” only for it to have roaches too. I am a frequent traveler and never had anyone pursued me to stay in a roach infested room. The staff also walked into my room as I was showering unannounced. Frustrating experience and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for the embarrassing situation

I should have known better when I booked it—a $55-a-night roadside motel. There was mold in the bathroom, broken tile, sticky sheets, stained furniture, and dirty carpet—the list could go on. Breakfast was okay: waffles, bread, coffee, cereal, and peanut butter. Pretty freaking dingy motel, but again, it was about $55. Pros: I did feel safe as a woman.

Horrible service, horrible staff. We arrived and this property had NO POOL! When we asked to cancel because it was false advertised, they said NO! Do not stay here, pay the extra money to stay elsewhere.
