"One of the front old ladys was very rude. I would’ve never stayed there if it wasn’t because of the other lady who helped up after. No greeting or anything from the same lady also when walking out or in. It was hot going down to the lobby they ac didn’t work but our floor was fine. "

"Hotel is near DFW airport. We were stuck there due to a canceled flight. Staff went out of their way to help us. They distributed free toothbrush, combs and water bottles knowing that lot of customers staying that night were tired from missing their flight. There was a long line at check in but they were very patient. Hotel is also beautiful, and affordable. Rooms were clean and modern. They have a bar open till late night. Also have an Indian restaurent in hotel which has great food. Very happy with the stay. "
