"The glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...
"The apartments are high up a hill with great view of Loch Linnhe. The apt kitchen was well equipped and included a washer dryer. Excellent dining options are a short walk, as are interesting and useful stores. Fort William is central to many of the things the Highlands has to offer."
"Very, very friendly staff! They had thought of everything, and were so happy to accommodate any requests. Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was clean"
"My room provided was on the top floor, but there is no elevator. The woman who checked me in carried my big heavy suitcase all the way up the stairs. I'm so grateful for her help. I have some mobility issues with stairs.
Everything else is super comfortable. Excellent water pressure, soft fluffy towels, big wonderful bed and bedding. "
"Despite some other visitors concerns I had a lovely experience. Easy to book, called a couple of times before to discuss arrival times and confirm bookings, staff were pleaseant and helpful on the call. On arrival on a busy and noisy Friday night, staff again were lovely and helpful, locals/regulars didnt stare or make us feel unwelcome, found parking right in front of the property, basically it was seamless - very welcome after a long night drive. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped and clean....
