This was one of the best experiences we have had traveling! The staff was so friendly and so nice and willing to help with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The hotel was also an easy two minute walk from Aharen beach and less than that for a walk to the store and island restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this more! We will hopefully make our way back here some day in the future.

Excellent location! 5 min walk from the ferry port. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was good especially the juice. Comfortable beds too.

Really beautiful hotel with thoughtful details. The staff was nice enough and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. You aren’t permitted to wear the really cool pajamas and robes into the common areas or breakfast though which was unusual for Japan. Overall fantastic value and lovely place.

Great location for air plane spotting. The lounge at 8F is awesome, can enjoy the view and have some drinks. Place is brand new, in perfect condition. Parking is convenient, and plenty.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

Great place to stay. The Onsen was wonderful. Had a blast with the family. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and have a fun family stay!

Awesome stay. Clean property, friendly staff. They were able to provide a prompt refund when the ferry was cancelled due to the typhoon. Food at the hotel itself was also super yummy. Convenient shuttles to and fro the two popular beaches. Bike rental shop right across the street. Walkable from the dock!
