"My stay at Church End Cottage was absolutely fabulous I have to say that. A very cozy stay in this garden house place which I found to have very pleasant window views as well as a very clean and tidy interior. Absolutely a place I'd go back any time as well as happy to recommend it to anyone which likes rather rural and remote bed and breakfast stays. Speaking of breakfast, that was amazing, all home made. Just a gem!"

"We were in a party of 9, for an annual reunion of friends. We were very impressed by the hotel. It's beautiful. Every member of staff we met was polite and helpful, but a special mention to the restaurant staff and manager, Theresa, at dinner. They went out of their way to help us enjoy ourselves, with excellent meals, and good humour. Unfortunately a couple of our meals were not hot enough, perhaps due to the restaurant being completely full with guests. but it didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was equally as good. I think it's likely we'll be back again."

"Room was comfortable and clean, the window latch was broken but it had secondary glazing and the room was warm. We had trouble filling the kettle in the bathroom sink as it didnt fit in without being on its side so barely half full. We stayed over on a Saturday so the pub was full with people enjoying the music until midnight. The staff were excellent and friendly and welcoming with good amenities close by and dog friendly."
