Awaken to sounds of the surf in this oceanfront 2 bedroom (2 kings) 2 baths, with safety features, in this first floor condo, not requiring use of stairs or elevators. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, wi-fi with flat screen TVs in all rooms.
Casa Clara Condo amenities include onsite parking, heated pool, twin beaches, fishing pier, shuffleboard, and tennis courts.
Key Colony Beach amenities include Sunset Park, pickleball, basketball and bocce courts, Par 3- 9-hole golf course, and restaurants all within walking distance. Rentals are two-week minimum; max occupancy is 4 people without pets.
