"The hotel has a wonderful location on the beach but is some distance from the bar and restaurant area. It is very expensive for the standard of the hotel at at $60 the resort fee is exorbitant as nothing is provided for it."

"We only stayed a couple of days, but the location was great. Really nice to be right on the water, and have a pool right there too. Lots of stuff in walkable distance. Covered parking. Etc. "

"The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!"

"Wonderful experience. The venue is picture perfect and provides guests with everything they could possibly want right our at their finger tips including a very amenable staff. Having an oceanfront balcony provides even more opportunity to absorb the beautiful surroundings. From beach to pool to dining our stay couldn't have been better."

"The room was clean but very small. The bathroom was tiny. I am 5’5” and not overweight and I could barely close the bathroom door when sitting on the toilet. Loud window air conditioner that did not cool that great. No headboard on the bed. They are close to duvall street and the beach. They will let you use washer and dryer for free."

"NOT AS PICTURED! This building is under construction and I was in shock upon arrival. Thankfully I was so tired I didn’t mind the air hammer pounding away for an afternoon nap. The room was clean the staff was nice but the windows were single pane with cracks; you could hear everyone walking by or wake up at bar close when everyone decided to come back and talk outside the rooms. "

"The place was nice and the coffee/happy hour were great. Only negative was there were a bunch of nails sticking up from the floor in my room and I ripped two separate socks."

"Friendly staff, room cleaning could have been better. Last two days of our stay there was no room cleaning performed. Did not know about the parking fees at the resort until we arrived. I may have overlooked that while reviewing the property while booking."
