"very clean room and outside area in a good location. Wish there were some drawer space to store clothing to avoid living "out of our suitcases." I was disappointed that I received a text the second morning asking if there was anything I needed to make stay more enjoyable/comfortable. I replied I would like two additional bath towels and an iron and ironing board (none in room) and I got no response and nothing left in the room. I had to make a separate trip to the front desk to get these things. The place was very enjoyable other than that. Great pool area and outside bar."

"Really interesting old property in the heart of Key West. Every room is different; evidently these cabins were housing for the workers of a cigar factory back in the day. Lovely garden pathways between the rooms, four different little swimming pools scattered around the cabins with one large "main" pool at the main courtyard/breakfast area. It felt private and intimate with foliage hedges between each of the guest quarters. We had a 2nd floor room with a little living room, tiny deck and pool out front which was really neat. Super helpful and congenial staff. It's not the most affordable place I've ever stayed, but one of the most memorable. Great location, walkable to everything in the Duval area of Key West. I'd definitely go again!"

"The Bishop was wonderful. The grounds and room were lovely. They had a very nice continental breakfast with Fruit, Fresh pasties, yogurt , juice each morning. There was Starbucks coffee 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub . There was also a lovely bar in the afternoon. For the most part it was very quiet ( We unfortunately had a couple days with a large group who took over one of the pools and didn’t act with much consideration for the other guests) . The rest of the days were lovely and relaxing and we were able to enjoy conversations with other guests . The best part of The Bishop is that it is 3 blocks away from Duval Street so every where we wanted to go was walkable .We also had a car and had no problem finding street parking . It was a terrific vacation and I would highly recommend staying at The Bishop . Ps: All the Staff members were wonderful !!"

"We enjoyed the beach-pool area with restaurant and bar adjacent. We rented bikes from next door and road to a concert at the island amphitheater. The only minor suggestion would be to change the drawer and cupboard hardware. They were really difficult to open."
