"Room and pull out bed that was supposed to be used for my service animal was completely disgusting and stained. Horrible ac and when asked for a fix or to switch rooms, someone came up and had zero affect on the temp. No new room. "

We had to leave because they were booked up we found this one we were so exhausted and upset from all that was going on the staff here welcomed us in with open arms made us feel at home. The rooms are clean and beautiful, will stay here again over and over. "
