"Stylish, clean hotel with great facilities. Gym, pool, sun deck and bar. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the concierge is exceptional. He can arrange transport and knows the area well. I left my phone in a taxi and he dropped everything to help me, taking charge of the situation leading to me getting my phone back. I can never thank him enough. The gym has sufficient equipment for most work outs and this is on the same floor level as the pool and restaurant. I enjoyed being able to go to the gym, follow with a swim and then sit down to a tasty breakfast. I would recommend you book an early check in if you have an early flight as you will need to wait until 3pm. All in all a great experience for my first time in Bangkok. I would highly recommend this hotel for price, facilities and, most of all, the staff. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasure."

"Room was great, on the 20th floor but overlooking nana plaza so could still hear the bass from the music at night. Not enough to stop me sleeping but was noticeable. Bottles of water were refreshed daily and all staff were very friendly ."
