"The room I was in was not well kept. The sink handle was broken and the dishes were not cleaned well. There was no AC in the hallways of the hotel which was really hot and stuffy. Also, the lights and AC only stay on with the key so when you leave the room and come back it's really hot in the room. It was very uncomfortable. The only thing that was great was the location! The Staff were ok, not very welcoming. I come to bangkok at least once a year and I wont be staying there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and all of the staff were all friendly and welcoming. On our first night, there was a small issue because of the heavy rain, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. One of the front desk staff was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was sorted out.
