"Staff were very polite and accommodating. Lovely clean hotel. The swimming pool got packed with kids for a few days due to a bank holiday, not kids or people from hotel. As a result we could not go and lay next to it however this hotel is more of a short stay hotel rather than a holiday complex so it was not an issue. Food was nice throughout. We were from England for a two week holiday to visits friends near by so was perfect for what we wanted with a few coffee shops and places to eat. A lovely stay thank you very much. "

"Nice room design, but very difficult to figure out and memorize light switch controls. At breakfast there were no coffees cups available for nearly 10 minutes. Coffee must always be the top priority at breakfast!"

"Staff was outstanding and incredibly helpful. Booked me tours and drivers and massages all almost instantly. Location is great, you just walk across the street to the Old City park. Courtyard is lovely especially in the evening. "

"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "
