There are two locations and I showed up to the wrong location from my booking but they were extremely helpful by changing my reservation and providing a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. "It’s a hostel so wasn’t expecting much. But there was a rat in my room, no hot water, staff were rude and unwelcoming, staff were drinking and partying until 3am and extremely loud. Couldn’t sleep at all. "
