"Room was clean and spacious, the staff is nice to offer complimentary lounge access for drink and snacks, awesome breakfast too. Hotel offers shuttle bus and buggy to Future Park shopping mall a big plus. "

"Bridge to airport closed and no prior warning. Main entrance also closed and had to walk with suitcase's in wet across uneven ground. Just pointed to lift and when i got in doors closed and lift would not go anywhere. I eventually realised I had to use room key in lift. No signage and no warning from staff. Will not stay again"

"Did not have breakfast. Did not take shuttle to the airport. The info on the website was not accurate. Shuttle was planning to drop me off at a metro link and I was told that it was a 15 min walk to the terminal. I took a taxi to the airport. Will not use this hotel again."
