"Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful. "

"The hotel has excellent customer service! They made sure we had taxi transportation to and from the airport. They even had a shuttle to shuttle you to and from the nearby mall. The rooms are very clean but a little small. I left my air pods and left for another country but was able to call and they held the air pods for my friend to pick up for me."

"Hotel is in a nice peaceful residential location. Though not in the city centre, the serenity is commendable. Area is clean, and the in-hotel cafe serves pretty good food!"
