"The condo is a great property! The views of the golf course and ocean in the distance is top-notch beautiful. We spent time every day, just hanging out on the lanai and taking in the views.The pool is amazing!...warm water, nice set up, work out room, grills. The pool could be lively or quiet,depending on the time of day, we were there for both. The location was perfect for us! We don't have to be 'ocean front' on any vacation, we prefer the serenity over the busy beach front. The condo is close to everything in Poipu and Koloa...beaches, restaurants, shops, JoJo's (you MUST try JoJo's!!!!), grocery store, etc. It was also a good location for 'day trips' to Waimea, Lihue, Kapaa, etc. We made multiple day trips. The condo is as pictured. The kitchen has more appliances and is better stocked than my own kitchen at home! It was very nice to be able to make meals at the condo to help save funds (which we used for adventures versus food). We did 1 meal out a day, and made the other 2 daily meals at the condo. The condo was well cleaned and the local maintenance crew were amazing, quick to reply, and friendly. Our only "issue" was minor (burnt out light bulbs).The only negative about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! We will definitely reach out to Adam and Bernadette the next time we go to Kauai. They are wonderful hosts!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and was perfect for my family. The condo was also very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful trip. The property management team communicated through emails and a few texts. Unfortunately I could never get ahold of anyone via phone call (left messages with no call back.)"

"We stayed in 12F and loved it. This spacious 2 bdrm condo was perfect for our needs. It gave us personal space and all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliance ( only use coffee maker and blender) and There was plenty of TP, paper towels, coffee filter, laundry soap etc"

"Upon arriving, we were contacted by management. We were very concerned because they wanted to know if we were canceling due to Hurricane Lala. We told them we just landed and would be there shortly. When arriving we noticed the accordion door to the laundry was off its hinges. The master bathroom vanity bulb was out, and a large stain to the carpeted bedroom floor by the left of the master bed night stand looked like dried coke or vomit? I let management know. They fixed the door but didn't adress the rest. Our biggest concern was the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Despite AC permanently set to 73 and a ceiling fan, it was sweltering in that room. I would recommend another fan to cool that room down. On the plus side, the unit was good for our family of 5. Garage had a cooler, snorkling gear, beach chairs and boogie boards which we took advantage of. It was a nice stay, but we will probably book our previous rental for next time."
