"This hotel is an excellent option for Shinjuku. It is one block from the station and a half hour walk to Kabukicho with the nearest Mega Don Quixote store - an essential aspect of any Japan trip. Everything you might need (groceries, Don’s, Lawsons) or want is within walking distance. The available breakfast was basically a fridge offering small boxed meals and a coffee maker so we opted for the nearby Denny’s which cost of 1300 yen ($12 cad) for breakfast for two and the meal choices were excellent. The only drawback was that the phone in my room didn’t work and they bc some to service the room at the most inconvenient times. They won’t service them after 1 pm. Otherwise, the room was small but sufficiently spacious enough for two. I enjoyed my stay here. "

"The property itself is a a short ways off from the main part of the neighborhood which makes it super convenient to lots of vintage shopping and restaurants as well as the train without feeling like you’re in stepping out into traffic the moment you leave the hotel. The cafe downstairs is good but there’s word class coffee blocks in any direction as well. Only complaint is the patio does not come with any furniture / cushions which made it not very pleasant to use with no shade and nowhere to sit."

"This hotel is in a town called Wakoshi which is on the outskirts of Tokyo in the Satima prefecture. I like this hotel area more because it’s not quite as busy as Tokyo proper. The hotel is perfectly placed within the train station and is surprisingly quiet. The overall quality, for the low price is excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern and well furnished. The staff is always helpful very professional and quite nice. I especially love the free coffee machine in the lobby. There are many restaurants around the hotel and a quick train ride to everything in Tokyo."

"The hotel is located in a cute area surrounded by shops, malls, train system and felt very safe. The hotel staff went above and beyond. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again. "

"I stayed in a double room that included breakfast. The room was small but functional! There was a luggage rack for your suitcase, a desk with kettle and drinkware, in-room safe, hangars for clothing and housecoats. The bathroom had a hair dryer and your basic toiletries. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones, with an extensive variety of western and Japanese options. The location was perfect for getting around, as it is just up the street from the Kichijoji train station and close to many shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
