"とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。宿泊者全員とても気に入っていました。 困った点といえば、事前の施設利用方法（鍵の暗唱番号含む）のお知らせが来なかったこと。 心配になって連絡しましたが、施設からはエクスペディアへ送っている、とのことでしたが、メールごみ箱なども確認しましたが、やはり見つかりませんでした。 どこかでフィルタされてしまったのか？ 施設の連絡先に連絡してからはとても丁寧に対応していただき、不安は解消されました。 "
