Also I paid $35 extra for early check in and check out. JAL hotel should give flexible check ins because customers check in depends on flight arrival time. I guess JAL serves mostly airports customers. I travel lots South Asia and Europe last 20 years but never have issue like this. Otherwise I was good. Thanks"
