10/10 Excellent

"Great staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast was served hot and fast."

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3

8/10 Good

"Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is adequate. Huge buffet but was assuming that they would be offering Japanese curry sauce like I have found in other hotels that I have stayed at in the Tokyo area. Coffee was there but you have to be quick because it disappears fast. They start to close the buffet about 20 minutes before they close. The best part is the mall in the hotel building. It has great stores and restaurants."

Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3

10/10 Excellent

"This room is so spacious by Japanese standards and very luxurious with a king size bed and an excellent of the river. If you are lucky, you will even see Mount Fuji in the background on a very very clear day. The amenities are so luxurious and the access to the onsen is spectacular for travelers who are fresh in from that international flight or about to go on an international flight. It is so convenient if you're flying hanada and makes baggage pick up and drop off a breeze. While checkout was at 11:00 a.m., our flight wasn't until 6:00 p.m. And the hotel was able to hold our luggage no problem, which was a huge help so that we were able to spend one more day exploring Tokyo without our bags before flying home. It made it such a wonderful way to leave our trip"

InterContinental Yokohama Grand by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Staff are very helpful. On our last day, we will miss the breakfast due to early flight. The reception staff made sure that we will be provided with packed breakfast. It was a delicious “bento”, sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. Thank you Intercontinental staff. We will definitely be back."

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda

10/10 Excellent

"Stay was quiet, the room was so clean they give you a blue light, you would have to request an iron if you need one and a microwave is on the floor with the laundromat. There are so many options for food near by, along with a pharmacy, a coffee shop “Tullys”, a Konbini for the real Japan experience and the subway is literally just outside the door and one stop from the international airport terminal 3. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop! It’s usually no one up there and you can watch the planes fly over head. You can see Tokyo tower from the hotel and there is bridge that takes right into a little town where you can explore. Not to mention you can travel to almost anywhere from the subway station, Asakusa, Shibuya, Ginza, Akihabara all within a 30-1hr trip. Rooms are appropriately sized for my expectations coming to Japan."

Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae

8/10 Good

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. Despite being close to the railway tracks, it was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and separate toilet were very clean, and I enjoyed taking a bath every night after a long day of sightseeing. The only major issue was a scheduled five-hour power outage in the building. We were not informed of this at the time of booking. Only after our reservation had been confirmed did we receive a notification from the hotel explaining that the information had been available on its Japanese website. However, the website was inaccessible due to security updates, and the hotel claimed that it had been unable to share this information through overseas booking platforms. The hotel offered free cancellation, but by that point, it was too close to our travel dates to find another hotel within a reasonable price range. No alternative compensation was offered. I was disappointed with how the hotel handled this inconvenience, and their response fell below my expectations. That said, aside from this issue, our stay was comfortable, and the hotel was a great choice for our family of three, including our four-year-old child."
