"BIG Hotel. Handy to the terminal. Good selection of restaurants close by. Had an issue at check in regarding renovations being done on lower floor. Resolved very satisfactorily.. Bed was on the extremely firm side. Tv is hard to operate. Even on English channels, Japanese language overrides English. Tv remote is all in Japanese so really hard to navigate. Being an airport hotel, thought they would have more English options available but really not a focus. Curtains had holes in them. certainly lights up the room as the sin comes up."

"Excellent in every way! Clean, comfortable, modern, and exceptional location at Terminal 3 in HND. Will definitely stay there again if I need to spend a night in Tokyo to catch a morning flight, location could not be more convenient. Staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful."
