"Took hours to check in clerk said my virtual visa card was being denied to obly find out there was never a request for approval to charge my card even thou sje kept saying ot was being denied"

Some were very disrespectful towards the property by smoking weed in the rooms and not being considerate of other guests. The floor we were on stunk as soon as the elevator door opened. Very noisy with children running up and down the hallways. The staff and security staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t think I would stay there again. "

"My room was absolutely beautiful, hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, lots of choices, staff was very welcoming, airport shuttle was very quick to respond and help with baggage. Front desk associate Golam was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Room smelled of smoke. I first got booked into a 1-King room with a reservation for 2-doubles. The front desk staff kindly found me a new room with 2-Queens. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was in rough shape without a functional fan. I can’t say I was impressed."

"Hotel was great. My kids loved the pool although it was a bit chilly. Breakfast was very good and I was happy there was a high chair for my baby. Hotel is located close to train tracks so it was a bit loud when a train went by."
