During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning."

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "
