"We had the fire alarm pulled twice and there were security guards on each floor to try to manage very loud and noisy First Nations group who had been flown out from their community. The staff tried their best but it was just unmanageable. I had compassion for them, I can’t imagine my daughter her husband and 2 little busy boys being quiet in a small space. "

No salt. No pepper. Also, asked for a late checkout. Was not granted. I have stayed in too many hotels all over the world and they all seem to accommodate me a little in that area. I only needed an extra hour. "

Before running out for my errands, I mentioned to the front desk person that my heater was making a noise. By the time I came back to the room the issue was resolved. Was very happy with my stay. "
