"WiFi wasn’t working for entire stay. Staff member told me it had been down and would be fixed in 2 hours but wasn’t. Room was freezing, heating didn’t work. Staff brought me an electric heater but this struggled to warm the room. Sheets were coarse and uncomfortable. Room was extremely noisy. Made 2 noise complaints about a neighbouring room. "We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again."
