This updated condo in a gorgeous oceanfront property is a tranquil escape from the everyday. Nestled in a quiet area, this home away from home offers unparalleled access to brilliant blue water and white sand beaches that are ranked among the best beaches in the world.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by the spacious and bright floor plan with central AC throughout. Step down into the contemporary living room adorned with traditional yet modern Hawaiian decor and paintings of old Hawaii. Make yourself at home as you sink into the comfortable sectional sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.

The chef of the family will surely be pleased with the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and beautiful Hawaiian koa wood cabinetry. Enjoy a meal with a view inside at the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the lanai while admiring stellar ocean views. Watch for humpback whales in winter and keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round.

When it's time to unwind, you'll sleep in comfort in your private primary suite, offering a king size bed and grand en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. With direct access to the main lanai, you'll enjoy morning views and can gaze up at the stars as they twinkle over the islands at night. The guest room features a queen bed and a twin bed for ample sleeping space. A second full bathroom is just off of the guest bedroom.

The condo is south-facing, allowing maximum sunlight and protection from the trade winds. An overhead fan and roll down shades help keep the lanai temperature comfortable so that you can enjoy sitting outside any time of year.

Polo Beach has beachfront access and a wonderful oceanfront swimming pool, with plenty of chaise lounges for guest use. Bask in the sun or listen to the waves while soaking in the hot tub after a hike.

The condo is within walking distance or a short drive to many hotels that offer both fine and family-friendly dining. Also nearby is the Shops at Wailea, which provides shopping, dining and a boutique grocery store.

Activities abound both nearby and around the island, with world-class golf courses, beautiful hikes and crystal clear waters for snorkeling right off many beaches.

At unit 402 there are so many options for spending time together comfortably as well as areas for enjoying quiet moments alone. You will definitely leave the island feeling refreshed and relaxed!

POOL/SPA WORK: The pool and hot tub will be closed for approximately 2 weeks beginning Friday, August 29, 2025 to allow for piping and mechanical repairs to the filtration system. During this time, the pool and spa will be drained and no one will be allowed to access the pool deck. Lounge chairs will be moved outside of the pool deck on to the grass. Please call Reservations at (808) 891-2900 with any questions.

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

A quiet place to stay, adult oriented and quiet times made for a relaxing place to stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, it could use a fresh update and kitchen overhaul but the basics were there. Beds were nice and firm, shower had good water pressure.

Breathtaking views once you walk in the door! Location is convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Beach and pool area are relaxing and unit includes beach chairs and towels. Bbq area works great for meals in. Condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our time went too fast and we enjoyed our vacation together as a family and will be back again! This unit is 5 stars!

Every unit has an ocean view- far better than the more expensive hotels in Wailea. Oceanfront beach is beautiful. House was clean and well stocked. I wish we would've had a beach umbrella and a couple boogie boards. Overall, this was a perfect rental spot!

This was a fabulous place to stay on our first trip for about a year. Great location and well maintained property. The weather didn’t always cooperate and street adjacent to property closed as a result of flash flooding but the city got it cleaned up fairly quickly. The beach still has debris they need to remove. Mother Nature! Loved the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The kitchen has everything you need and the unit has great views. Would for sure stay here again.

We really liked the condo, property and proximity to lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. We loved waking each morning to coffee on the lanai and watching whales. Kitchen was well equipped. Our biggest and main complaint is that the unit needs updating, particularly with regards to some of the appliances.

We loved our stay at Polo Beach Club. The location was great for access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We swam at the beach out front most days, which never felt crowded. I liked having easy access to the walking path that runs in front of the nearby resorts. The unit was clean and well appointed. I didn’t study a map before going so one thing to know is the unit is a little set back, so looking out from the lanai you see the stucco building to the right, but beautiful sweeping views ahead and to the east. Sunset was also great and we enjoyed cocktail hour on the lanai. Pictures reflect the unit accurately. Would stay again.

This was our first trip to Maui and we were very happy with the accommodations. This condo was clean and comfortable and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The views of the ocean were amazing and you could also see the pool and beautiful grounds of the complex as well. One of our favorite places to hang out was on the lanai which had very comfortable furniture and a direct view of the ocean. The complex was very well maintained and had access to a very nice beach. The pool was very clean and we used that and the jacuzzi every day. There is a paved path that is accessible from the polo beach club that you can take and walk along the ocean and past all the resorts for almost two miles. The shops at wailea are a quick drive or a decent walk and there is a market there as well as a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The condo location was perfect and seemed much more quiet and private than a lot of the resorts we walked by. We would definitely stay here again.

You have a beautiful beach step away that is not overcrowded, that you can always watch amazing sunsets from. It is very easy to park and access your rooms, and the new gate is easy to go in and out of. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and it feels very cozy to hang out in. There is no bad thing to say about this property, we love it.

I am reluctant to give this place a rave review because more people will go. We had such a fantastic time staying a week here we ended up extending a few extra days. Upon arrival the condo welcomed us with open arms. There was a gift basket with a delightful local treats including a box of facemasks for us to use. It was very thoughtful. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and quite spacious. We spent many an afternoon on the veranda reading our books and gazing at the ocean/beach view. We would be so lucky to be able to return here again someday.

The Polo Beach Club is a beautifully maintained building right on Polo Beach and Unit 402 is clean, well-stocked with everything needed in a home away from home, quiet & comfortable. The short walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea and Marriott along the beach was beautiful and made it easy to enjoy some of what those resorts had to offer vacationers. Highly recommend!!
