First time in Maui and first time staying at the Four Seasons and the experience was awesome. Hotel and staff are very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Great hosts! A clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Super clean and amenities galore. The suites are perfect for a family. Towels for pool and beach are provided, along with sunscreen, beach toys, snorkeling gear for kids, Towels for day trips are provided from valet. 10/10

The unit was clean and very well appointed. We had a villa on the top row of the complex in cluster 75. The views from the lanai were spectacular, especially at sunset! Shuttle service to the Grand Wailea was very convenient, as were access to the pool/towel facilities over there.

This resort had several pools that were kid friendly.

For some reason because it had the word "Hotel" in its name I didn't have great expectations. However, the entire place is like a very high end NEW resort. The room was ridiculously nice. It was like a nice sized one bedroom apartment (NOT a studio). The oversized shower area is super cool with a rain shower head. The kitchen had Sub-Zero drawer fridge and freezer. It had a Nespresso machine with capsules (the best coffee you can drink!!). You would be hard-pressed to find a finer room...

For not being a beachfront hotel this place is beautifully located in Wailea with AMAZING views, made me forget it wasn't on the beach. That being said we were close enough to the beach that it didn't even matter. The hotel provided a shuttle to wherever we wanted to go within a three mile radius which was super convenient. The staff at the hotel provided a warm aloha welcome including a shell lei. The shuttle drivers were very polite, opening doors, helping with bags and answering any questions...

Beautiful new hotel. Great location to walk to nearby food and shop options. The hotel pool and bar area are next to each other, and get busy in the evening. We paid for parking, and it was close and easy to access.

This place is absolutely magical. Perfectly situated on the most beautiful oceanfront property among lush gardens and swaying palm trees. It indeed feels like an exclusive boutique hotel. The service was stellar, the plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast should not be missed, the spa is dreamy, and the pools and private beach are glorious. Near to lots of beaches. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. This was our third stay here. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Fantastic resort. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and beach. Rooms were great. Didn’t leverage restaurants as reviews were not stellar and far overpriced ($50 for a bowl of pasta?). Only negative is they felt understaffed. For example quick breakfast place to grab coffee, sandwich, etc was always busy with 10 people in line and took 30 mins. Poor staff their tried there best and super nice, but they needed more help as that’s a silly wait for coffee

The hotel location was very convenient for our stay and easy access to all what you need - restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Costco if you're its member and taking advantage of it, especially its gas price was much cheaper to the others when you have rental car like me. The hotel is very close to the airport, but I didn't feel much noise bothering my sleep there. Hotel parking is $10 per night for my stay. Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The best family rental ever. For the price compared to all the other resorts you get the most bang for your buck: location, FULL KITCHEN, laundry, guest services, beach access, shopping, and the most beautiful ocean with snorkeling magic galore. We saw sharks turtles and fish by Black Rock. It was amazing. Our daughter loved her first trip to Hawaii. We will definitely be back to west Maui and highly recommend the Whaler.

Unbelievable place to visit for your Honeymoon. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon very special: amazing view, awesome pools, great food, and excellent amenities.

This was the best vacation ever. My wife and i actually went to Maui to get married. The room was amazing. Staff was great.... (shout-out to KK) for recommendations on places to go and eat. We will definitely be back next year for our 1 year anniversary!
