We continually refresh our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. The updated kitchen and bathrooms gives the condo a clean, modern look. And our latest upgrade is a new Beautyrest King bed!

This bright & airy condo has a tropical contemporary style and has been fully renovated. You will live in comfort with a 50" flatscreen Smart TV (with cable) in the living room, a Smart TV in the bedroom, a modern sleeper sofa with queen-size Italian memory foam mattress, new carpet, and split A/C. Amenities include cable, cordless phone, full-size washer/dryer, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at 'home' - including dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) are provided.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a new King bed, and the living room has a new sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.

The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This centrally located building has an elevator and is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.

Wonderful stay at Banyan

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the location across from Kam II beach. Easy check in. Clean and well stocked apartment. We especially loved the quality of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. It was also nice having a second bathroom. The “view” is only if you are on the narrow lanai and looking in one direction but we still ate out there to take advantage.

Perfect place for our stay on Maui

This unit was VERY well stocked! Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Listing was just as described. Great beaches right across the street and shops and more beaches a short walk or car ride away. Would love to stay again if we return to Maui. Thank you for such a great unit.

Epic Hawaii Vacation

Excellent vacation!! Condo was exactly as advertised, clean, well appointed, great beach access, and comfortable! Owners had great communication and were very supportive during the stay. Would highly recommend this place, and hope to get back soon!

This unit is very, very close to the beaches. It had laundry and a full kitchen and both washrooms had their own shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely loved our stay at your wonderful condo. So many great touches, the comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, loads of kitchen utensils, cutlery, beach chairs and umbrella. So close to the beach and loved having 2 bathrooms. I will book again when next travelling to Maui.

Great condo

The condo location was perfect just in front of Kamaole beach II. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. It was also very great to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and body board. Having 2 bathrooms was also very useful with teenagers. We had a wonderful stay.

Super comfy stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Banyan H308! Great quiet location just off the Main Street but a super short walk to the beach. Very comfy for our family of 4. We appreciated the access to a new beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Washer and dryer was a bonus as well. We will come back when we are in Kihei in the future!

Home Away From Home

We love renting at the Banyan, because we are with all our Canadian friends who also stay there. We love the location, just a hop & skip to the beach. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to sit on & enjoy the views. Looking forward to next year.

This was our second time staying here. The first time was before the renovations were done. We love the location and the updates to the condo. Very close to many beaches and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our condo was in a great and convenient location. Walked to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Well equipped and just a nice and comfortable unit. First time for us staying on this side of the island ( we always stayed at Black Rock at Kaanapali) and we really enjoyed staying here. Would stay here again.

Awesome vacay home

The location of the Banyan is fantastic with Kam II across the street and lots of east walking for food/snacks. We really appreciated that the unit was as shown in photos, it’s nicely updated and has all of the every day items you need for a beach holiday. Also, thank you for the extras like oil and spices, coolers, games, beach toys, etc. Just wish the bed was a king!

Best Place in Maui

We stayed in Maui Banyan for a week and the condo was spotless! Everything was updated and so cute. The parking was close and easy to navigate. The beach across the street was great and had showers to wash off before entering the complex. Check in process was so easy - arrived late due to a delayed flight and had no issues. Thank you for letting us stay here! We will be back for sure!

Great location and well stocked condo!

What a great condo and overall Maui experience! This condo location can’t be beat as it’s across the street from 3 great beach parks that have bathrooms and easy step access. Great for kids as well as they also have life guards. The 2 pools on the property are also lovely with a covered area to eat and grill. The condo itself is well stocked and we greatly appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys! The 2 bathrooms were totally a big plus as well. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kihei!

This condo was very comfortable . Everything we needed to enjoy the beach, very short walk away, was there for our use . Beach chairs , umbrella, towels , boogie board. Sunsets are beautiful and can also be seen also from the lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed , very thoughtfully stocked. The 2 bathrooms were modern, sparkling clean , lots of towels etc. Good location close to the best beaches in South Maui , Kihei , Waimea and for travel to Lahaina and Haleakala Crater, Hana. Would stay here again !

Our Home away from Home!

We ( my good friend and myself) lived in this condo for 26 days and thoroughly enjoyed the condo with all of its amenities and the location. The owners had it well equipped for preparing meals and also for the beach. We loved the convenience of being near the ocean, having the pool and hot tub handy on the property which was excellent. We would be happy to rent this property again and will recommend it to our friends. We did not rent a vehicle so have no comments on the parking etc but it looked like it was excellent as well. What a wonderful place to vacation. I hope my family will be able to enjoy this condo at some point. Since I am already in my eighties, I don't believe I'll be back but I am blessed with the wonderful memories!!
