Perfect Location

Maui Sunset feels like a small vacation resort. Beautiful grounds, great sunsets, and right on the beach. Conveniently located to everything on the island. Nice ground floor condo. Property manager was great also.

Beautiful vacation spot

Really enjoyed our stay here. All ammenities provided, even beach stuff! Murphy Bed was comfy, too. Walkable to restaurants and activities. Wish we could have booked our stay much longer.

Family time away

Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Loved the courtyard area where our kids and cousins staying in another condo could safely run around and have fun. The pool was nice and the beach was easily accessible. We couldn’t figure out the internet but when you’re in Maui does internet really matter? We would stay again.

Maui Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. The property is beautiful. Our one bedroom condo was very comfortable and included all the amenities we needed. The pool, putting green and BBQ area not to mention the fantastic beachfront made this a wonderful spot to spend the week.

Great place!

Great location, felt very safe. We did use a car to go to store and explore the area. Nice pool and the condo had all beach supplies. I would pick this location again.

Stayed here 6 nights. Check in was easy. Arrived after hours and contacted the security guard, Joe, who was very nice and was able to provide us with a key. Overall condo was nice, older and could use some updating. Property was very nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and close to our favorite restaurant in Maui. Condo had pretty much everything we needed, kitchen and beach supplies. Plenty of parking, made it nice to park in front of the condo when bringing in luggage/supplies. If there was anything negative, I would have to say were the bath towels, they were old and hard. Cheap investment to keep your renters happy.

Fun family reunion

The personnel from reservation to host to security were wonderful. The ground floor unit was just what we needed to gather the ohana, star gazing and watching football. Jill was fantastic and in contact from start tonfinish.

Perfect location and amenities

This was our first trip to Maui, and I was very pleased with this condo. We spent so much time on the beach, in the pool and using the amenities. The space was perfect for our family of four. We found the kitchen to be fully stocked along with the beach toys. If we ever come back to Maui we will stay here again.

Lovely first floor unit with so much extra to make our stay great.

Clean and stocked with everything for the beach. The kitchen has very nice appliances and well stocked dishes, pantry, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our ground floor unit very much!

Everything you may need:-)

This is a perfect condo for a small family. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, well maintained and over lots of activities. The indoor space was very clean, (the tile floors were spotless), comfortable, lots of hooks to hang your suits on to dry, and plenty of beach gear (chairs and beach umbrella were perfect for our itinerary).

Great stay

Condo was conveniently located in Kihei and stocked with everything you needed for a beach vacation! Beds were comfortable. Grounds were immaculate and serene. Beach was a quick walk down the lawn past the pool and hot tub. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the grounds as we was busy going on excursions. Host was very friendly, had lots of info on the area and was very responsive to questions.

Very nice condo

We had three families staying at the Sunset Maui. One of our families stayed in this unit and could not have been more satisfied. We cleaned it upon leaving leaving it in the same condition we found it in. Perfect experience!

Maui Get-A-Way

Great place!

Our stay here was great! The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. They also provided beach toys and towels, which was nice. We love staying at Maui sunset for their grounds and proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our little one to run around, play putt putt golf and swim. Our host was always quick to respond and helpful. My only suggestion is adding barstools for the kitchen counter overhang. Overall we had a great experience!

Amazing property!

First time staying at Maui Sunset. The grounds are gorgeous. The grass is like carpet. Loved having a ground unit. So easy to just walk out the patio door and head to pool or ocean. The most amazing Sunsets! Perfect to have the grills. Great restaurants close. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect and Clean

Maui Sunset is always great and a first floor unit is the best. The unit has a very nice kitchen and comfortable seating areas. The best part of Maui Sunset is the outside space. Any first floor units is worth booking. This one is towards the back which gives it a bit of privacy which is very nice.

Beautiful place!

We loved the place! It had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and roomy. Just a couple annoyances the master bathroom shower head doesn’t work well. And you can’t really get into the beach in front of the property it’s very rocky. Not sure if that’s mentioned if so I missed it. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you!

Perfect condo for our stay on Maui

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay in our condo at Maui Sunset. Jillian was an excellent host and the condo was just as advertised. The condo was clean, and included anything we needed for our stay. Free concert on Tuesday evenings with island renowned Eric Gilliam playing slack guitar & vocals with Vince on Ukulele were amazing!!!! Be sure your stay includes a Tuesday late afternoon stay to see these guys! The property is on a nice beach, property is well maintained, and the pool clean and not overcrowded. We enjoyed the putting green, Bocce ball, and shuffleboard on the property. The sunsets from the beach out front were stunning! We will be back, thank you for the amazing week, much Aloha ❤️🌈🍍🌺❤️

I’d stay here again

This place is such a little gem. I love that you can park right outside your front door and walk right in. Made unpacking and packing the car up so easy. I also loved that it’s in the ground floor. My kids loved being able to open the sliding glass doors and run around the grass belt. The maui sunset complex is such a gem. It’s so beautiful. The complex is a 3 minute drive to really good restaurants, food trucks and stores. It’s right outside the super busy touristy area of Kihei wich I loved. The unit itself was clean and very organized. My kids slept on the Murphy bed very happily. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely beachfront condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset that is located on the shoreline. It is an older condo but had been updated and even though quite small it worked well for just the two of us. We enjoyed the lanai and the courtyard area with the well manicured lawns and the lovely landscaping and herb garden. I enjoyed walking along the beach in the morning. The unit itself had plenty of utensils/spices etc to do cooking although we did very little. We had a glitch with our check-in process but Jillian was apologetic. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and coolers but maybe a complete pickleball set would be nice. The unit was clean but could use a deep housecleaning of the tile grout and cupboards and under the bed. We loved our stay on Maui and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Maui Sunset

Our stay in this one-bedroom condo was fantastic. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very easy to take down and put up. The patio was lovely for enjoying coffee and evening drinks, and the gardens are beautiful when the tiki torches were lit. We had a minor issue with the AC, but our host responded immediately and we were able to resolve the problem very quickly. Keep in mind that the AC is on a 4-hour timer so it will not run all night long, but that wasn't a concern for us. It was very convenient being on the first floor and parking was easy. The pool is sparkling clean and so is the hot tub. Be sure to visit the food trucks down the street. There is also a Safeway within a mile or two. Great location for exploring all of Maui. We definitely want to return one day.
