This condo is the Maui life of luxury you have been waiting for! Welcome to Koa Lagoon 201, a stunning ocean-front condo that has been fully remodeled and upgraded with exceptional furniture and features. Relax in comfort & luxury as you take in the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, the neighboring islands of Lanai & Kaho'olawe, and outstanding whale watching when in season.

This condo has been tastefully decorated and adorned with all new furniture. There is a large dining table to accommodate the whole family, as well as additional sleeping with the pull-out sleeper sofa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all kinds of cooking gadgets for you to create amazing meals at home while enjoying the view. Additionally, a work desk is provided for those who are working remotely while on vacation. The master features a large king sized bed, extra closet space, a TV, and a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has tasteful decorations, a large closet, and a queen bed. There are upgraded shower-heads for your comfort, as well as brand new ceiling fans in each room. There are 3 Split AC systems that blow Cold AC, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The unit includes fast Wifi and cable, free parking, and a washer and dryer inside. For your convenience, we have also included beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels for all of your beach excursions!

Situated on Sugar Beach, Koa Lagoon is a small intimate complex with only 42 units, a heated swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, and a large grassy area perfect for picnics and kids to play. When you stay at Koa Lagoon you're just steps away from Maui's sunniest beaches and beautiful warm waters. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and the occasional wind-surfer. A very short distance to the South, you will find restaurants, groceries, shave ice, and Azeka Shopping Center with wonderful amenities. Just a few minutes North of Koa Lagoon, is Maalaea Bay, where boats launch to take visitors on whale watching expeditions, charter fishing excursions and snorkel trips. This is a truly incredible and convenient location in heart of South Maui!

The views at Koa Lagoon are beautiful. The condo is nice and cozy and clean. Beach access is easy. The only downside is the noise. It’s close to the street and very noisy. However, the noise from the birds and roosters is soothing and relaxing.

On the quiet end of the beach in Kihue, Koa Lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation! The complex was well maintained and the staff were friendly and conscientious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Maui!

I stayed here with my wife, in-laws, and brother in law (5 of us). We had a fantastic time, the condo was very clean and there was plenty of space for the five of us. The condo came equipped with all necessary cooking/baking/dining necessities. The condo also included beach towels and beach chairs which was a big plus for us. The highlight was the porch which allowed us to watch a beautiful sunset each night. Would stay again!

Very impressed by the comfort of the beds and the wonderful view from the lanai. The unit was well stocked and we appreciated having access to the pool. A little bit further away from amenities than we had realized but not an issue given that we had a car. Had a couple of minor issues and were so impressed by how responsive the property management company was.

Feel the sea sitting on sofa.

My family with my kid visited Maui during the Thanksgiving break. We booked this property considering the location which is right on the beach and close to most of the restaurants. Also considering the Maui freeways, it is considerably situated at the center and has easy access. Apart from these things, property itself is amazing and you can feel the sea sitting on the sofa in the gallery. It’s clean and has all the appliances you need for week’s stay or more.

My family needed a relaxed vacation, and we got it here in Kehei. The property met all expectations for plenty of room, beautiful views, super clean BBQ's, along with a property manager Carol who went above and beyond to get us an early check in, Thank You Carol. The kitchen was well equiped.I would warn guests, the rust and mold may cause some concern in bathrooms which were very small. The hide abed was very worn and uncomfortable.

This is a very nice spacious condo with a lovely view of the ocean and a nice beach. Well supplied with amenities. Appreciated the lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Although it is located on the main beach road, it is about 1 km or mile in either direction to get to shopping, so too far to walk in the heat, but only a 3 to 5 minute drive, so best to have a rental car for this location.

The view is stunning! Comfortable apartment/condo style. Our two kids slept on the pull out couch and were comfortable. Table for 6 gave us enough room to all sit and eat together. The lawn made a perfect back drop for sunset family pictures. It is directly off a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard if you're sensitive to that. Would certainly recommend.

Great family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found we had everything we needed. Our family of five was looking for a homebase from which to explore Maui, that would also be comfortable for us when we were not out and about. This location and unit were perfect. A great view of the ocean, a beautiful yard, a good kitchen with all the essentials, and comfortable beds. The management team was responsive and helpful at all times. And the location was so close to all the shops, restaurants, beaches and activities of Kehei! We would definitely stay there again. :)

We enjoyed our visit … this was the first time during whale season … wow!! Great views of breaching whales from our lanai!! The unit was as described. As a short term rental host myself, I feel the policy of NOT providing the essentials should be reviewed. All in all- a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

Great Location for us

Property was ideally located in Kihei on second floor looking out over bay. Quiet and easy access to parking below us. Had all the basics to start with and supplemented them with a quick trip to the Safeway store. Had a couple of maintenance issues when checked in and Carol of VIP jumped on them immediately. She was wonderful to deal with. Location ideal for beaches and restaurants no matter what you may be looking for. Short drive to Maui Ocean center and right up the street was the Humpback whale exhibit.
