"Good hotel, nice rooms with good beds. Only negatives was realizing the Sauna and Jacuzzi was a separately reservable thing and no public sauna in the hotel. Price was readonable though and tested it out. Private Sauna was very good and the room overall nice but jacuzzi was a bit small and could hardly fit 3 people. Check in line moved quite slowly though and the process could be improved to make it faster (maybe self check in machines)."
"This no frills hotel was great. Right next to the port without any of the noise and also close to old town. I was able to walk to old town easily, there are many restaurants nearby in Rotterman and it was a 10 min walk to the ferry. The black out curtains were fantastic and I slept really well here. I didn’t hear any outside noise and the bed was comfortable. The check in/out process was simple with convenient computer screens there to use. The room was small but comfortable."
"While this hotel is situated outside of the city, the bus stops across the road and the 35 bus goes regularly. I arrived on the ferry from Helsinki and it was about a 35 minute walk from the port to the hotel. The route was lovely as I walked by several monuments, a beach and small parks.
All staff I encountered were extremely helpful and I was made feel welcome at this hotel. My room was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed. The toiletries provided were off a high quality. I also really appreciated being able to get filtered water in the reception area at all times.
I would certainly recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit to Tallinn."
"Excellent location, great hotel but staff really need to go on a course and be taught about what customer service means, very grim lot everywhere partucularly at reception."
"Just outside the old town, this was convenient for restaurants and was near to a lovely cake shop.
The breakfast buffet was really good, with a wide choice.
The spa was good with plenty of seating by the pool.
Staff were very friendly and helpful."
