"What a great choice I made! I wanted a more nature and star gazing evening. I came in from Nago and the kind host let me check in 2 hours early! That is rare in Japan. The outside at fist had me wondering but when I looked inside the room it was huge and so clean I was so happy! I swam for hours by the bridge and then went to heart beach where I snorkeled with my own snorkel gear and had a blast seeing tropical fish. "We had an INCREDIBLE stay at this hotel! Highly recommend it as it was a true highlight during our 2 week stay in Japan. The view and premises are absolutely breathtaking and the staff really bends over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. We found the breakfast buffet really good with lots of options. This resort also has many good restaurants on premise with a Chinese and seafood restaurant that we really enjoyed. Some reviews have commented on staff not speaking English but we did not find this to be a problem as many staff knew basic English plus everyone had translation devices to make it seamless. We were also there when a typhoon was approaching and can’t overstate how accommodating the staff were to make sure everyone was safe and very flexible in helping guests arrange earlier departures. Highly rate this resort - 11 out of 10 stars!!"

"素晴らしいホテルで今回で２回目の利用でした！ただ残念なのがプールの監視員の安全面に対する意識の高さは素晴らしいですがその反面、厳しすぎて子供が注意されたりで監視員の顔色を伺いながら遊んでるのにガッカリでした。もちろん飛び込みはダメなレベルはわかりますが足の余裕で着くところでも子供だけ（小学５年）だとダメだったり、ガラガラのプールでも大人と一緒にいても水中でのバク転練習で注意されたりで気持ち的には少し残念レベル。"

"We had a nice stay in a condo which was really spacious and had everything we needed like kitchen, washing machine and dryer, large balcony with ocean views, free parking. However, the property itself is located on a hill so you can really walk to the beach and need to drive. Also, the swimming pool was occupied by families with kids and there were a lot of them using water pistols, swim rings etc. We literally couldn’t get to the pool at all which was really disappointing. For property with so many families and little kids there should be a pool that would be adults only And for all western tourists I must mention breakfast - it is super limited."

"We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!"
