The facilities are impressively modern one standout feature was the automatic door sign system for "Clean" or "Do Not Disturb," which was both convenient and thoughtful. "My stay was great. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was working and room services was great too. The only disappointment was food. We were served with meat (beef) that was rotten. But, the kitchen department asked for apology and we appreciated their apology & explanations. They handled it in a very professional. Otherwise overall everything was excellent. "

Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again."
