  • Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Reichert is the perfect location for a comfortable getaway. You can soak up the sun and coastal breezes anytime with beach access only 230' away across Route 12 (the beach road). Sit and sip your morning coffee on the south-facing deck. With WiFi access, everyone can stay connected while on vacation.

    Reichert features brand new paint and flooring throughout the main level!

    Located in the middle of the central Outer Banks at milepost 7 and bordered by miles of attractions, activities, shops, and restaurants, (and not to mention miles of ocean), Kill Devil Hills offers vacationers a world of things to do and see.

    Please note there is a separate entrance to gain access to the ground level area where one of the queen bedroom is located.

    This home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

    Layout:

    Ground Level: Queen bedroom, utility room with washer and dryer/half bath.

    Main Level: King en suite with a TV and a private bath, queen bedroom with a TV, bedroom with 2 twin beds, hall bath, living area, dining area, kitchen. Separate entrance to gain access to the ground level area.
