"When we first arrived Tim and Russel was super helpful. My son is on the autism spectrum so we had a few requests in regards to what kind of room we needed. Tim was awesome in helping us get a room that was suitable for my son’s special needs. Which made the stay super comfortable. Russel helped us to find a parking spot in a parking lot that was full. Which was super awesome because of my son is special needs, it’s best for us to be parked in the hotel. He pulled a spot out of a hat for us and we are super grateful. Pool was great, the change rooms were nice and heated. After my son went swimming we were able to change in a warm change room, that was definitely something we don’t normally get while at a hotel stay. Everything was neat and clean and our room was excellent. All the staff there were really nice and super helpful. Thank you to Mr. Tim and Mr. Russell for being exceptional and for helping to accommodate our special needs."
