"We enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The property was convenient to the airport and downtown Richmond. The staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay."

"Parking was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wawa, Sheetz and gas station are right across the street. Air conditioner worked very well. Bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a good refrigerator right in the room. "

"The breakfast was not the normal Hyatt standard. No scramplet egg, no milk, no ceals,, no fruit Ole"

"Nothing we couldn’t handle but there was one time that the lady cleans the room do not knocked the door just opened it. And my husband and I were just getting out the shower. Plus on 5/8/26 our second day there they changed the bed take out the trash but didn’t clean the bathroom. Not even changed the trash from that. It’s not complaint we’re just fine about it. It’s just to make sure other people not going to have the same experience."

"The Room was not clean at all. When asked could I have someone come clean it or change rooms I was told no. When I got back to my room I noticed not one but two roaches on the dresser. So I ask for my money back, and was told no again. So I had to take the loss and find another hotel."
