"I asked for a cot as I was traveling with my son and they Upgraded me to a queen dbl without having to ask!! Check in was smooth. Room was spotless, spacious and very well stock with necessities. Couldn't figure out the heater and mngt arrived within 3 minutes to fix. Only 1 con: Christmas party going on and music cld be heard throughout the hotel. Minimal disturbance. Stay was great otherwise!"
